There are various factors in which the CARA tool takes into account when determining the risk score of a wallet address. They include:

Direct and indirect interactions with blacklisted or suspicious/malicious wallet addresses
Distinct patterns of transactions (Such as tumbling and mixing)
Industry risk activity (Pornography, gambling and criminal organisations)
