We reserve the right to terminate your access and use of the Sentinel Platform, immediately without prior notice and without liability to you, if:
- You are in breach, or will be in breach, of these Terms and (if the breach is remediable) have not remedied the breach to our satisfaction and within such time we have stipulated;
- You have used or are using the Sentinel Platform for any illegal or impermissible purpose or activity including any activity which may expose or potentially expose us to civil or criminal liability;
- We deem fit to do so for security reasons or to protect our interests or the interests of other users of the Sentinel Platform (including other users);
- We determine that your account is inactive;
- A Force Majeure Event continues for more than one (1) month; and/or
- We are required to do so in compliance with any applicable law or regulation, or we are ordered to do so by any enforcement, regulatory or other governmental authority.
